Enhance Business Support Submission Success

Enhance Business Support get results. Whether your business has short or long term goals, Enhance Business Support are able to provide a wide range of business support services tailored to suit your business requirements.

Recently, Enhance Business Support were approached by Gary from Applied and Decorative Painting (ADP) through their mutual association with Likeminded Painters Australia. ADP wanted to apply for the Queensland Training Awards, however were against the clock and simply did not have the resources to develop a submission.

Having previously won multiple awards for business and training, ADP did not want to miss out on the opportunity to showcase their business and the industry leading work they do in the training sector.

Gary approached Christina from Enhance Business Support and they were able to work together to devise a strategy to develop the document for submission in just a few short weeks.

Christina was able to take over the project management of the submission and guide the process to completion. Using shared information and links, Christina and Gary were able to work collaboratively via email and phone to incorporate the most valuable company  and training information in relation to the nomination requirements. Gary and Christina kept in regular contact to ensure that the accuracy of the content provided by Enhance Business Support was completed to Gary’s satisfaction. Once both ADP and Enhance Business Support were happy with the submission, Christina facilitated the online submission. This is something that ADP simply did not have the resources to do without a little external support.

Aiding in this process was Enhance Business Support’s vast experience and knowledge in the painting and decorating industry. Enhance Business Support strives to be the number one business support service for the Australian painting and decorating industry.

ADP’s Submission Success

Following the submission of ADP’s nomination, the company were shortlisted for the Medium Employer of the Year, before being interviewed to progress to the next step. From here, ADP were invited to attend the Queensland Training Awards Regional Finals as a part of the Top 3 finalists in their category.

On Friday 5th August, Gary and the team at ADP took out the title for outstanding achievement in vocational education and training by a Queensland business with 20 to 199 full-time equivalent employees.

Christina was delighted to attend the event and share in the success that ADP achieved through the involvement and support of Enhance Business Support.

Congratulations to Gary and his team at ADP – truly an award winning team!
