About Christina

Christina Toon is the owner and founder of Enhance Business Consulting.

I am Christina Toon, the owner and founder of Enhance Business Consulting.

I have more than 20 years of experience in business process improvement and project management, working across the public and private sectors.

In addition to my formal business training, I have developed specialised skills across numerous industry sectors. In particular, I have considerable experience and knowledge of construction, having worked with the State Government’s Training and Employment Departments in the early 2000s. More recently, I have started focusing on the painting industry and supporting commercial and household painters with their business growth strategies.

I hold qualifications in Business and Management (Business, Small Business Management, Marketing, Frontline Management, Business Development), Project Management, and Events. I have also completed specialised training in Business Process Improvement, Managing Behaviours and Building Positive Stakeholder Relationships.

My extensive professional training, combined with my real-world experience, has enabled me to create the Enhance Business Model for change and improvement. I also previously trained in Fitness and Psychology and am committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement.

Beyond Enhance, I am married with three small children. My husband Terry is a Defence Member of 21 years. We’re currently based in Townsville but call South-East Queensland home. My family and I move often and enjoy the adventure and new experiences this lifestyle creates.

No matter where I am based, for Enhance Business Consulting clients, it is always ‘business as usual’ as the service is offered remotely and can be facilitated from anywhere around the world.

Business Mentoring

I volunteer my time as part of the Queensland Government’s Mentoring 4 Growth Program (M4G). As a registered Mentor for Growth, I offer insights, options, and suggestions relating to the challenges and opportunities facing business owners.

You could be eligible for a free mentoring session as part of the program which matches business owners with an experienced volunteer mentor. M4G helps business owners build stronger small businesses across Queensland. Mentors are business, industry, and export specialists who provide their time, knowledge, and expertise in a voluntary capacity.
