Christina was able to provide Gabe with a lot of awareness about his business which he did not previously have and as the pennies dropped, the bank account balance skyrocketed.

Gabe adopted new systems and processes quickly, and the business saw some fast growth, including doubling of revenue and profits, staff numbers increasing, and new implementation projects being completed. After an initial implementation phase, we moved back to a maintenance program. Together Christina and Gabe have custom built some amazing, personalised tools, including a quoting spreadsheet, which has streamlined quoting time and Gabe is now able to give ‘live pricing’ with a transparent formula to clients when he is on site.

Gabe’s business has also not only survived but thrived during the pandemic, and survived moving to multiple locations. The systems and processes which now are foundational in the business, have seen the business through big change and the business manages to pick up where it left off and weather challenges and obstacles with relative ease.

Gabe finds his regular meetings will Christina help him maintain focus, keep him aware and clear and helps maintain the momentum of his business. Gabe is able to take time away from his business, the business does not require him to be there, even though he chooses to be depending on circumstances at the time.
