Karen and Christina continued to stay in touch, and in 2021, Karen contacted Christina and wrote the following:

I have been working on my business plan for this year going forward and wondered if it might be wise to engage your services again. I love that you kept me on track and doing the simple things that help a business run smoothly. 

I want to grow my business so that I am not working another job simultaneously.

I love listening to a podcast called Darren Daily, and he talked about the cost of hiring people being neutral if you hire the right people because the right person can bring more value than you pay them. This advice got me thinking that I need to invest in some assistance to gain more clarity and do the mundane tasks I need to do to grow.  

It has just been over 12 months since they began working together again, and Karen’s business has grown in many ways. She has completed numerous improvement projects, consistently applied herself to processes recommended by Christina, built a strong business network and sources of referrals and improved her client processes and service delivery.

Karen understands that the benefits she is seeing come from consistently applied effort toward proven processes. Her income is compounding, as is her net profit, and she is seeing her business succeed like never before.

Karen’s business is turning a corner as she continues to work with Christina towards her goals.
