It was a real eye opener and Mark came to the realisation that the changes and improvements he were making were long overdue, even when the green light was switched back on to open the gym doors, Mark was more keen than ever to keep a laser focus on his business and look at all the ways he could change and improve for the benefit of not only himself and his family but his clients and the greater community.

Along the way, Mark identified a core service that he was passionate about, and that he felt had a lot of potential. So Christina and Mark shifted focus onto this particular service which involved working with children living with autism. Christina helped Mark project manage this new service offering, including preparing proposals for key stakeholders and introducing the concept to a few target groups. The initial launch was so well received, new potential clients showed immediate interest, with many signing up. The program continues to grow and evolve seeing more children flourish from the benefits of the program on a weekly basis.

Prior to working with Christina, Mark had been in business for around 20 years. Always doing well, and getting by but keeping his potential somewhat limited by perceptions of what can be achieved in a personal training business.

Now Mark is addicted to process improvements and living his business to its fullest potential. He is realising more revenue and more predictable cashflow, as well as living out a more fulfilling purpose working with children who are reaping the benefits of his training. They can regulate emotions more effectively, feel a sense of achievement, interact more on a social level, and it’s not only the children, but the parents and teachers are also seeing the benefits from the work they do with Mark.

Mark is more confident with the direction of his business, making decisions which serve both himself and his clients and now has a growth mindset of unlimited potential. Mark and Christina continue to work on his business every week, and Mark finds a lot of value in the support Christina provides.
